A New Chapter

Today is my last full time day at Airbnb after over 4 terrific years as the company's general counsel and chief #ethics officer. While I'll remain connected to the company as an advisor, I'll wake up tomorrow without a full time "day job" for the first time since law school. It feels great, and I couldn't be more excited about the next chapter of my career -- helping companies find purpose and drive #integrity into their culture.

I also couldn't be more grateful. Airbnb is a special place, and it starts at the top -- Brian, Nate and Joe, a sincere thank you. The entire #leadership team at Airbnb is first rate, it was a privilege to work with them and learn from them all together in service of a very authentic, human mission -- promoting #belongingin the world. The company has also put together an extraordinary group of talented lawyers and legal professionals, really good human beings across the world who are among the best in their respective fields.

And finally, there are the thousands of employees around the world who bought into, and through their words and actions shaped, a unique #culture and workplace that's grounded in integrity. I'll miss all of you. As tough as the last few months have been, I know that because of you, Airbnb will be back, stronger than ever.
