I'm fed up with workplace environments like the one described in this story about the Washington Redskins. The owner, Daniel Snyder, apparently has a lot more to clean up than the team's nickname -- he needs to move quickly to completely change the #culture of the organization, and deal directly with the sort of horrific behavior that apparently has been going on there for years. 

This story has too much detail to brush off lightly. The National Football League (NFL) needs to be proactive here -- for too long, they've been behind the curve in important integrity related areas like concussion protocol and racial justice. Goodell should step in and oversee a thorough review of not only the Redskins, but the cultures at all the NFL team offices to ensure that this sort of offensive behavior isn't going on across the league.
