This week's winner of the #IntegriTuesday #IntegriYeti is... Microsoft! They were one of the first to announce office closures during this COVID-19 pandemic. They were one of the first to announce that they would pay their hourly workers the same pay even when the offices were closed. Recently, they announced that they were giving their employees 12 weeks of parental leave. I love the direction that Satya Nadella has been taking the company.
